Server Log Files

Each time our website is accessed, usage data is transmitted by the respective Internet browser and stored in log files, the so-called server log files, such as the date and time of access, the name of the page accessed, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person and is used exclusively to ensure the trouble-free operation of our website and to improve our services.

Transfer and storage of personal data

The following applies to personal data, such as your name, e-mail address, address or other personal details that you send us by e-mail or telephone:

Customer service, marketing

Your personal data may be processed by us for the purpose of initiating business relating to our range of goods and services. Your data will not be passed on to any other recipients and will be deleted 3 years after contact, unless there is another legal basis or another legitimate purpose for its processing (see next point).

Contract processing, business relationship

Your personal data may be processed by us in the context of a business relationship. Your data will only be passed on to the tax authorities, banks, tax consultants, debt collection agencies and courts if necessary, whereby the scope of the personal data transmitted is kept to a minimum. Your data will be deleted after 7 years (we are obliged to keep it for this period in accordance with §132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code), unless there is another legal basis or another legitimate purpose for processing it. We would like to point out that we cannot rule out 100% that your data can be viewed by criminals and therefore ask you not to transmit any confidential data to us unencrypted.

Cookies

In order to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we – like almost all websites – use so-called cookies, which are used to store user-specific data. A cookie is a small piece of data that is stored on your device to ensure the functionality, performance and security of the website and to improve the user experience. A classic example of the use of cookies is the virtual shopping cart. The cookie stores which articles it contains.
You can prevent the storage of cookies in various ways:
Every Internet browser offers the option of generally preventing the setting of cookies, automatically deleting cookies after each browser session and/or manually deleting all cookies on your device. The setup differs slightly depending on the browser type. You can find instructions using an Internet search engine with the search term “deactivate cookies”.

Alternatively, you can prevent third-party cookies by visiting the opt-out page of the Network Advertising Initiative(https://optout.networkadvertising.org ) or the Digital Advertising Alliance(https://optout.aboutads.info ) and deactivating them there, depending on the provider or altogether.

If you prevent the storage of cookies through the corresponding setting in your Internet browser, this may mean that you may not be able to use all the functions of our website to their full extent.

Your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

You have the right to free information about your stored data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing as well as the right to correct, block or delete this data at any time. You can contact us at any time if you have further questions on the subject of data protection.

Web analysis

We have decided not to use any web analysis services, i.e. no data for web analysis is stored, transmitted or processed.

Social media elements

Please note that we use social media icons in the footer area of our website that link to our social media accounts. By clicking on these icons, you will be redirected to our social media accounts, where the privacy policies of the respective providers apply.

In addition to the social media icon, we display selected Instagram posts from our Instagram account on our website. These posts are embedded directly in our website and link to our Instagram account.

The mere display of embedded Instagram posts on our website does not result in Instagram automatically collecting personal data from our website visitors. Personal data may only be transmitted to Instagram if you actively interact with the postings, for example by clicking on the posting, which then redirects you to Instagram. From this point on, Instagram’s privacy policy will apply.

Instagram is a social media platform of the company Instagram LLC, 1601 Willow Rd, Menlo Park CA 94025, USA. Instagram has been a subsidiary of Facebook Inc. since 2012. and is one of the Facebook products. When you access Instagram, data (IP address, browser data, date and time, cookies) is transmitted to Instagram, stored and analyzed. Google reviews

Google reviews are embedded on our website. These serve to show you the opinions and experiences of our customers. These reviews are provided directly by Google and are only displayed on our site.
These reviews are embedded in a way that does not transmit any personal data of our website visitors to Google as long as they do not actively interact with the review widget. For more information about Google’s privacy practices, including how Google collects and uses data, please refer to Google’s privacy policy.

Google Maps

We use Google Maps on our website to display our location and enable simple route planning. The mere display of the embedded Google Maps map does not lead to the automatic transfer of personal data to Google. Only when the map is actively used, for example through interactions such as zooming or moving the map view, can data such as the IP address, geographical position, type of browser used and operating system be transmitted to Google. This information may be processed by Google in the USA.

WhatsApp contact button

We offer a WhatsApp button on our website to enable visitors to communicate directly with us via WhatsApp. This service is provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. provided.

By clicking on the WhatsApp button, a direct connection to the WhatsApp servers can be established. Data such as your phone number and the information you share via WhatsApp may be processed by WhatsApp. We would like to point out that the use of WhatsApp is subject to Meta/WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Please note that communicating via WhatsApp means that your data may be processed in countries outside the European Union, in particular in the USA, where different data protection standards may apply.
